About Mukhya Mantri Jan Arogya Abhiyan (MMJAA)

Mukhya Mantri Jan Arogya Abhiyan (MMJAA)

Mukhya Mantri Jan Arogya Abhiyan (MMJAA) has been introduced for eligible beneficiary families who were not included under the Ayushman Bharat Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana (PM-JAY) based on the Socio-Economic Caste Census (SECC) 2011. To ensure free healthcare services for such left-out eligible families, the Government of Uttar Pradesh launched the Mukhya Mantri Jan Arogya Abhiyan (MMJAA) on 1st March 2019.

Under this scheme, beneficiaries are entitled to the same benefits as Ayushman Bharat PM-JAY, including cashless and paperless treatment for secondary and tertiary care hospitalization at empanelled public and private hospitals.

The scheme is fully funded by the State Government, reflecting its commitment to ensuring universal health coverage, financial risk protection, and equitable access to quality healthcare services for all eligible residents of Uttar Pradesh.

Key Features of MMJAA (Uttar Pradesh)
